Returns and Exchanges

HOW TO RETURN

To return an item, you have 30 days from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email.

You may return your items provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The clothing items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the corresponding receipt. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, washed, or without the inner tag.
  2. Returns or exchanges of items without the original packaging and/or complete original seal will not be accepted.
  3. Perfumery products without packaging or seal cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
  4. Headphones, helmets, bottles, personal care, and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
  5. Returns or exchanges of underwear and swimwear without a hygiene sticker and/or original seal are not accepted.
  6. Products in "PACK" format are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.
  7. Returns or exchanges of clothing items that have been modified/customized to the customer’s request or items purchased in another market are not accepted.

After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 15 business days.

RETURN OF A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON DIRAVA.COM WITH A GIFT CARD

For returns of purchases made with a gift card on Dirava.pt, you will receive a virtual copy of the card with the updated balance, along with the return confirmation email.

This card can be used online or at any store within the Inditex group: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Dirava, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home stores.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Items purchased on Dirava.com can only be exchanged for items in a different size or color, provided that they are in perfect condition, available in-store, and maintain the same price.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you must return it and place a new online order.

Please note that you have 30 days from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email to request an exchange.
