HOW TO RETURN
You may return your items provided that the following conditions are met:

The return must be made within the established timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped. - Personalised products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or are incorrect.

Clothing items must be in perfect condition and accompanied. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn or washed.

Products sold as a "PACK" are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 15 business days.
RETURN OF A PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD
For returns of purchases paid with a gift card on Dirava.com, you will receive a virtual copy of that card with the updated balance, along with the return confirmation email.
